UK Youth & Amateur Rider Development – NORA CRS Development Team

Back in early 2022 Roy Barton, the main man behind NORA Motorsport (NORA92) was introduced to Coach Robb, where it became quite clear that both parties shared the same passion and vision of developing youth and amateur riders. After Coach Robb completed his tour of the UK in 2022, NORA and CRS teamed up to introduce a unique programme in the UK. Something the country had been missing for some time now.

So your probably wondering what the programme is all about and what support the riders get. Well NORA CRS provide a comprehensive package for the riders working on a 12 month programme.

The idea of the programme is to work with riders to improve their performance on the bike in ways that not many others are, through analysis and the implementation of physicality, wellness, nutrition and mental limiters.

The programme begins with each NORA CRS team rider undergoing an assessment through a body and nutritional plan, once all the information is received Coach Robb and his team analysis all the data. This then provides them with knowledge to create a bespoke plan for each rider to suit them and their lifestyle.

Riders also have a dedicated three day summer boot camp with the Official team coach, access to exclusive discounts and much more.

The goal for the NORA CRS Development Team is to give UK riders something that has been missing for some years in UK motocross.

The chance to be a part of a development team which offers a programme like no other, from nutritional insight with Coach Robb and track days with an MX Coach to NORA CRS branded race kits, helmets and team wear as well as some amazing brand deals.

NORA and CRS want to help riders become better racers and athletes with a long-term future that could hopefully one day see them competing on the world stage.
