The NORA CRS Development Team is proud to unveil its full roster of new riders joining current team riders Rafe Symons and Jesse James for the upcoming 2026 season, as it continues its mission to nurture and develop the next generation of motocross talent in the country.
The eight riders selected to join the team are:

Freddie Joyner – Big Wheel 85cc
Sebastian Brown – Big Wheel 85cc
Theo Brown – Big Wheel 85cc
Max Beard – Big Wheel 85cc
Oliver Bardoe – Youth
Aiden Wait – Youth
Bobby Farmer – Youth
Each rider brings their own unique strengths, determination, and passion for the sport, and the team is committed to supporting their growth both on and off the track. With this fresh line-up, the NORA CRS Development Team continues to cement itself as a leading platform for young riders to showcase and refine their skills.
Andy Watts, Team Manager of NORA CRS Development Team commented, “I’m delighted to say after making the final selections we have a further eight riders making up the team to ten for the 2026 season, which will see them competing up and down the country representing NORA CRS. May I welcome our new riders and families onto the team for what promises to be a very exciting 2026 season and look forward to working with you all.”
Gemma Barton, Team Co-Ordinator of NORA CRS Development Team commented, “We’re thrilled to welcome this group of young, talented riders to the NORA CRS family for the 2026 season! Their energy, skill, and passion for the sport are exactly what we look for, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them join us. Joining forces with our returning riders, Rafe and Jesse, this new lineup promises to bring strength and fierce competition to every race. With this team, we’re confident that 2026 will be one of our most successful and inspiring seasons yet. We can’t wait to roll into Round 1 of the NORA92 British Cup as a team and show the rest of the paddock what our riders are made off/ NORA CRS is ready to make some serious noise in 2026!”
Ronnie Morgan, SW85cc Rider commented, “I’m really happy to of been chosen to ride for the NORA CRS team, my goals for the 2026 season is to do my best representing my sponsors, my mum and dad and get as many podiums as possible throughout the season.
Freddie Joyner, BW85cc Rider commented, “I’m really pleased to be part of the NORA CRS team with a strong bunch of riders. This is my first year on 85 Big Wheels, so I’m excited to be racing a different class and tougher competition. Very grateful for this opportunity and looking forward to the year ahead!”
Max Beard, BW85cc Rider commented, “I am very excited and happy that I have been selected for the NORA CRS Development Team. I’m looking forward to how the NORA CRS team will bring me along in the 2026 season. This is my first season on the BW and would like to see how I am racing against the riders on the BW and how I am improving. I am also very excited at how I will get on at the NORA92 British Cup and see if I can do better than this year.”
Sebastian Brown, BW85cc Rider commented, “I’m very excited to be a part of the NORA CRS Development team for 2026 and ready for all the challenges 2026 wants to throw at me. 2025 has been a good first year on the Big Wheels. I have done very well in all the races I have competed in, winning quite a few and getting on the podium at Culham and Marshfield at the NORA92 British cup. I also managed to get on the podium at the NORA team event and was part of the winning team.”
Theo Brown, BW85cc Rider commented, “2025 was a good year for me, although I had an injury mid-season, but I still managed good results, with a few wins and several podiums. 2026 should be a new chapter, I’m excited to be joining the NORA CRS Development team. I hope to move forward in 2026 with the team and achieve all my goals, which include a podium at the NORA92 British Cup and to do well in National events.”
Oliver Bardoe, Youth Rider commented, “I am really pleased to have been selected for the NORA CRS Development team. I look forward to learning how to develop my fitness and skills both on and off the track to make my first season on the 125 a good one. I look forward to a good season with my teammates.”
Bobby Farmer, Youth Rider commented, “Getting selected for the NORA CRS team is a brilliant opportunity for me and I couldn’t be happier to be chosen. It’s a huge opportunity and I know being part of this programme will help me improve, grow, and push myself further than ever before. I’m excited to learn from everyone around me, take on new challenges, and give everything I have for the new season!”
Aiden Wait, Youth Rider commented, “I feel really grateful to everyone at NORA CRS Development for offering me this amazing opportunity to join the team for the 2026 season. As I now move up to the youth 125cc class I look forward to getting to work on improving my fitness and developing my riding skills ready for next year.”
